Real Estate-Related Pun was officially the twenty-fifth comic strip of the Necroomies webcomic (but only the twentieth counting A Letter From Beyond serialised narrative, which it directly followed, as a single entry). Like the rest of the webcomic, it was created by Jonathan Reich. It was notable for featuring unlicensed, unnamed cameos by numerous characters from cult 20th century spooky comedy universes, such as The Addams Family.
